物质性质与外观

无色、强挥发性的、易燃、有腐蚀性的液体。闪点：低于- 50℃。爆炸极限：1.2%～ 90.5%。沸点：32℃。与水或水蒸气反应，产生热可导致自燃，并放出毒性的腐蚀性烟雾。与氧化物质接触会发生强烈反应。灼伤皮肤、眼睛和粘膜。

Colourless, very volatile, flammable and corrosive liquid. Flashpoint: below 50 C. Explosive limits: 1.2% to 90.5%. - ° Boiling point: 32 C. Reacts with water or steam to produce heat, ° which may lead to self-ignition; toxic and corrosive fumes will be evolved. May react vigorously in contact with oxidizing substances. Causes burns to skin, eyes and mucous membranes.

P401 只要符合第4.1.1和4.1.3节的一般规定，允许使用下列包装：（1）符合第4.1.3.6条的一般规定的压力容器。压力容器须由钢制成，并须在不低于 0.6MPa（6bar，表压）的压力下进行初次检验，并在以后每10年进行定期检验。运输过程中，液面须位于表压不低于20KPa（0.2bar）的惰性气体层下。（2）组合容器：外容器：桶（1A1、1A2、1B1、1B2、1N1、1N2、1H1、1H2、1D、1G）；箱（4A、4B、4N、4C1、4C2、4D、4F、4G、4H1、4H2）；罐（3A1、3A2、3B1、3B2、3H1、3H2）。内容器：玻璃、金属或塑料，带螺纹封盖，最大容量1L。每个内容器须使用惰性衬垫和吸收材料包裹，其数量足以吸收全部内装物。每个外容器的最大净质量不超过30kg。特殊包装规定： PP31 对于UN 1183、1242、1295、2965和2988，包装须密封。

P401 The following packagings are authorized, provided that the general provisions of 4.1.1 and 4.1.3 are met: (1) Pressure receptacles, provided that the general provisions of 4.1.3.6 are met. They shall be made of steel and subjected to an initial test and periodic tests every 10 years at a pressure of not less than 0.6 MPa (6 bar, gauge pressure). During carriage, the liquid shall be under a layer of inert gas with a gauge pressure of not less than kPa (0.2 bar). (2) Combination packagings Outer packagings: Drums (1A1, 1A2, 1B1, 1B2, 1N1, 1N2, 1H1, 1H2, 1D, 1G); Boxes (4A, 4B, 4N, 4C1, 4C2, 4D, 4F, 4G, 4H1,4H2); Jerricans (3A1, 3A2, 3B1, 3B2, 3H1, 3H2). Inner packagings: Glass, metal or plastics which have threaded closures with a maximum capacity of 1 L. Each inner packaging shall be surrounded by inert cushioning and absorbent material in a quantity sufficient to absorb the entire contents. The maximum net mass per outer packaging shall not exceed 30 kg. Special packing provision: PP31 For UN Nos. 1183, 1242, 1295, 2965 and 2988, packagings shall be hermetically sealed.
