P133 只要符合第4.1.1和4.1.3节的一般规定和第4.1.5节的特殊规定，允许使用下列包装： 内包装中间包装外包装容器容器箱纤维板纤维板钢（4A） 金属金属铝（4B） 塑料塑料其他金属（4N） 木质木质普通天然木（4C1） 托盘，装有隔板的天然木，箱壁防筛漏纸 （4C2） 塑料胶合板（4D） 木质再生木板（4F） 纤维板（4G） 硬塑料（4H2） 补充规定： 只有用托盘作为内包装时，才需要是使用容器作为中间包装。 特殊包装规定： PP69 对于UN 0043、0212、0225、0268和0306，不得使用托盘作为内包装。
