P137 只要符合第4.1.1和4.1.3条的一般规定和第4.1.5条的特殊规定，允许使用下列包装： 内包装中层包装外包装袋不必要箱塑料钢（4A） P137 箱铝（4B） 纤维板其他金属（4N） 木质普通天然木（4C1） 筒天然木 ， 箱壁防筛漏纤维板 （4C2） 金属胶合板（4D） 塑料再生木板（4F） 外包装中的隔板纤维板（4G） 硬塑料（4H2） 桶钢（1A1、1A2） 铝（1B1、1B2） 其它金属（1N1、1N2） 胶合板（1D） 纤维质（1G） 塑料（1H1、1H2） 特殊包装规定： 4 PP70 对于UN 0059、0439、0440和0441，当聚能射孔弹单件包装时，锥腔须朝下，包装件须须按第5.2.1.7.1条中的图形标记。当聚能射孔弹成对包装时，锥腔须朝内，以尽量减少意外起爆时的喷射效应。

When the shaped charges are packed in pairs, the conical cavities shall face inwards to minimize the jetting effect in the event of accidental initiation.
